Review your clients’ cover.
Add clients. Match their PI and cyber policies. Review possible gaps with the wording beside them.
- Your documents. Upload PDFs or choose them from Microsoft 365.
- Your judgement. Findings support a review, not a cover decision.

Step 1 of 3
Your clients
One card per client. Only the name is needed to start; unanswered review details are counted as missing information. Up to 15 in the pilot.
Have a client list in a spreadsheet? Upload it instead
CSV or Excel. Your own column names usually work. Rows appear above, ready to edit.
Step 2 of 3
Policy wordings
Choose up to five policies per client. Check every match before scanning.
Step 3 of 3
Ready to scan
Clients without a policy are left out. Each scan takes a few minutes; two run at a time. You can close this page and come back with the link we give you.

Draft AI findings, not coverage decisions. Clients are listed alphabetically, not ranked by risk. Check schedules and endorsements before drawing conclusions.
What these counts mean
- Review ring
- The same counts drawn as a ring. Red is the share of findings that are exclusions or restrictions, amber the share that are uncertainties, green the share where cover is indicated; the number in the middle is findings flagged out of all findings. Nothing is weighted and clients are not ranked by it. A dashed ring with “Not assessed” means the scan did not finish.
- Exclusions & restrictions
- Wording identified as removing or limiting cover. This includes conditions and limits, not just outright exclusions.
- Uncertainties
- The supplied wording or information does not establish a clear response. This does not itself mean there is no cover.
- Cover indicated
- The supplied wording appears to respond, subject to the full policy and broker review. Cover is not confirmed.
- Missing information
- Items from the required-information checklist that are not supplied, marked unknown, unreadable, or referenced but not in the pack. For professional indemnity and cyber the pack needs a wording and a schedule, and any endorsement it refers to; a line marked not held or not applicable is not counted. Five client details are required: what they do, AI tools in use, human review of AI output, data handled, country. Staff, revenue and renewal date are optional and never counted. Each missing item counts once per client. “Not assessed” means the scan did not finish; it is unknown, not zero.
Robo-Insure AI flags and evidences. It does not recommend specific products. Speak to a regulated adviser before changing cover.
AI and cyber mentions are findings whose wording or reasoning mentions AI, automation, software or cyber. They are a reading aid, not a classification of the policy.
